I met the "old girl" some 35 years ago, she had a certain sparkle with her and I knew from that moment I was smitten, not overly tall but she was strong, well built and she just couldn't bear to be apart from my farm bike. She was my farm worker and buddy for what seemed a lifetime. When I upgraded to a quad bike, she got replaced by an ATV trailer – I just hated seeing her go – but that's progression – a side cart to a trailer – you definitely move with the times with Smith Attachments...

....... In a recent farming magazine you asked "WILL YOUR TRAILER LAST UP TO 20 YEARS?". Well here is your answer: YES! Our trailer was purchased way back in the 70's and was made by your firm in Ashburton. It is still in its original version and doing duty. It has been used on our sheep and beef farm carrying anything from dogs, sheep and all the other stuff. It is "slightly" rusted as you may expect, but we still use it around the garden and on the farm. We thought you might be interested.....
